Being A Registered Tax Agent
As a registered Tax Agent, Above and Beyond Accounts are obligated to adhere to the requirements of both the Australian Taxation Office and the Tax Practitioners Board.
Taxation Practitioners Board (TPB)
The Tax Practitioners Board regulates tax practitioners to protect and assure consumers that tax practitioners meet appropriate standards of professional and ethical conduct.

All tax practitioners are registered with the TPB, which have a public search forum to check for registrations of both Tax and BAS agents.

The TPB are also the body for monitoring complaints and investigations relating to tax agents.
Australian Bookkeepers Network
As a registered Tax Agent, it is a requirement to maintain memberships with recognised professional associations. Above and Beyond have been a voting member with the Australian Bookkeepers Network since we begin in 2017. We continue to attend meetings and events, keeping up to date with the everchanging requirements of working with the taxation and bookkeeping field.
